Mesh Belt Continuous High Temperature Carburizing Furnace 1. to produce PAN based,asphalt based and viscose based carbon fibers  Introduction     The equipment is mainly used for the continuous high temperature carbonization of pre-oxidized fiber, non-melting fiber and pyrolysis fiber under the protective atmosphere. It is one of the necessary equipment to produce PAN based, asphalt based and viscose based carbon fibers.  Composing    The equipment is composed of material feed and clean chamber, heating chamber, drive system, cooling system, air distribution system, electrical control system, rolling system etc.     The equipment is controlled automatically, with an automatic rolling device and belt deviation calibration device.  The inlet gas comes into the furnace from the bottom and the heating elements is embedded in the furnace.
